Course Booking Conditions

1. Bookings
Bookings will only be accepted when made upon the official booking form and accompanied by the specified payment. There will be a maximum of three students per course.

2. Cancellation
We recommend that you take advantage of our cancellation protection plan at £6 per person per day to have a full refund of fees, as without it fees will not be refunded if you cancel the course. If the School is forced to cancel a course you will be refunded all of your course fees or credited the full amount to another course.

3. Loss or Damage
The Training Centre will at all times take every reasonable precaution to ensure the comfort and safety of the student. The School shall not be held liable for death, personal injury, accident, sickness, loss or damage to the student's property whilst on our boats, premises or in our vehicles.

4. Accuracy
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the publicity material, the School cannot accept any liability for any inaccuracies that may exist.

5. Own Boat Tuition is provided upon the following terms.
The boat is insured by the owner for loss, damage and legal liability to third parties. The owner remains the skipper and legally responsible for the safe management of the boat at all times, (including when under tuition) and will not seek to hold the instructor responsible for any loss or damage. The owner undertakes to secure the consent of the insurers to this agreement.

6. The entire boat both inside and on deck is No Smoking.

The training centre can supply books associated with inland waterways.
The European Waterways Regulations, (CEVNI Rules), £8:50 including postage.
